The client's brief at the beginning of the project was: I don't want the apartment to be boring and beige. In addition, the zebra print on the wall was a must-have.
Since everything started with an intense brown zebra print, we stuck to warm tones in the apartment. Different tones of warm wood create a contrast between the lighter parquet and the dark wood on the designed furniture. The accent is achieved with the intense orange color on the tables and the wall lamp, which is combined with somewhat calmer tones of green. In the bedroom, the color scheme is much more subtle, with a soft blue color prevailing on half of the walls, so as not to overwhelm the already quite small space.
Purchased furniture combines designer classics and budget options, and the result is an extremely personalized space, which, despite its eclecticism, is very well balanced. The project was realized in collaboration with the Happy Habitat office from Zagreb.
